Here's a review that I surprised myself with, I expected this to be a product about ...well - Becoming an eBay Powersellers.
Strangely enough that is covered in the product put together - but it's actually much more than that.
Anyone who has ever tried to get to powerseller status on ebay will understand the reluctance of most people these days even trying for it.
The daily trudge to the post office, the annoying looks and stares from the customer waiting behind you in the queue, wondering just how many boxes you have in that bin liner you're lifting to the counter scales....And that's all before you've worked out how much it's cost you in fuel, shoe leather, postage costs and ebays fees.

Is it surprising that only the thick skinned and extremely determined ever make it through?
It does make you wonder if they actually make a profit for all their effort?
Many do a lot of "window" shopping over at eBay, but never actually get the nerve to bid, buy or sell over there. This book "eBay for Dummies" answered ALL those questions and much, much more. Though beginners may find the book a little intimidating There is a lot of stuff in it. There is a lot to know about eBay, eBay Auctions and how to buy and sell. When you go thru this book you will realise what a treasure chest of info it is. Pretty soon you will start reading it chapter by chapter just because you will found it all so interesting.
"eBay for Dummies" covers it all. From the very basics...getting a feel for eBay, how to sign up,getting the "lay of the land", getting info on the seller, and bidding, to putting items up for sale, completeing cyber paperwork, shipping and dealing with buyers and sellers. There are chapters on rules and a safety program, bidding stategies, and there's even one on how to present the best pictures of your items if you are selling.
Yes.. You may dread taking the first step but, there's no better feeling than going into something armed with knowledge, even if you are a newbie! And you don't need to read it cover to cover to get started. It's easy to look up and find answers to questions you have to get started, and it'll always be there as a refrence as you go along and become more comfortable. You'll be a biddin' and a buyin'(and maybe even a sellin')in no time at all.
Here's where it get's interesting.
After you follow the step by step tutorials and get everything set up to sell the quantity's required to achieve powerseller status, (by the way - if anyone was looking for a quick fix - you wont find it here). The system does require manual input of a couple of hours a day.
